CSSD Nurse Training Curriculum Consensus Indicators from a 2024 Delphi Study

A training index system for Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) nurses developed via a two-round Delphi study. The system includes 5 first-level, 12 second-level, and 50 third-level indicators for the training process, and 4 first-level, 24 second-level, and 107 third-level indicators for training content. It was created by Jiawei Liu in 2024 based on consensus from 25 experts across nine provinces in China.
