Risk Factors for Hypothyroidism Onset in Euthyroid Patients with Positive Autoantibodies

669 patients initially diagnosed with positive thyroid autoantibodies in Nanjing from January 2018 to December 2024 were enrolled in this multicenter retrospective cohort study. During a median follow-up of 3.0 years, 155 patients progressed to overt or subclinical hypothyroidism.
