32,654 participants from the U.S. National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 1999 to 2018 were analyzed in a cohort study by Peng-yang Li. The research assesses the association between the aMAP risk score and all-cause, cardiovascular, and cancer mortality in patients with Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD), MetALD, and Alcohol-related Liver Disease (ALD). Findings were externally validated using an independent hospital-based Southern Chinese cohort of 642 individuals.
