BKI-1748 treatment initiated after IgM seroconversion in pregnant sheep resulted in 91% viable lambs, compared to 52% in untreated animals. The dataset, authored by Roberto Sánchez-Sánchez and last updated in April 2026, contains results from a study of 23 infected and 3 uninfected sheep. Only 17% of lambs in the treated group were congenitally infected, versus 100% in the untreated control group.
