Meta-Analysis Results for ctDNA Prognostic Value in Gastric Cancer Surgery

Twenty-five studies comprising 60 datasets were synthesized to evaluate circulating tumor DNA as a biomarker. The analysis found ctDNA positivity was associated with worse overall survival (HR=2.31) and disease-free survival (HR=2.36).
