A Spanish tertiary hospital collected 22 carbapenemase-producing isolates of non-aeruginosa Pseudomonas and Stutzerimonas species from patient and environmental samples between March 2022 and July 2024. Whole-genome sequencing and antimicrobial susceptibility testing were used for identification and characterization. The dataset was created by Guillem Puigsech-Boixeda and is available under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
