A retrospective cohort study compares perioperative outcomes for two surgical methods to treat chronic subdural hematoma. The analysis includes 40 patients who underwent endoscopic-assisted evacuation and 158 who underwent burr-hole drainage at Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital.
