30 stool samples from 9 Old Order Mennonite and 21 Rochester infants were analyzed using IgA-SEQ to assess gut microbiome IgA coating levels at an average age of 6 months. The dataset, authored by Joseph J. Campo and last updated in April 2026, compares microbial IgA coating between populations with low (less than 2%) and high (40%) allergy prevalence. It includes associations between specific bacterial taxa coating and allergic outcomes, as well as data on human milk IgA-binding.
