81 myxobacterial strains were screened for biocontrol potential against Fusarium Crown Rot, a major wheat disease. Three strains achieved mycelial inhibition rates of 82.01 to 94.84% and increased grain yield by 13.71–27.82% in field trials compared to a pathogen-only control. The dataset, authored by Xiaoli Wang and last updated in April 2026, contains results from dual-culture assays, greenhouse, and field experiments.
