Description
A 2026 study by Fanfan Chen analyzes the response of "Bain 11" cranberry to varying drought levels. The dataset likely contains measurements from four pot treatments (normal water supply, mild, moderate, and severe drought) combining anatomical, physiological, and transcriptomic data. It includes results from paraffin sectioning, chlorophyll fluorescence, spectrophotometry, and transcriptome sequencing identifying 58,020 single genes.
Use Cases
Analyzing photosynthetic performance under drought stress based on chlorophyll fluorescence and oxygen release measurements.
Studying anatomical changes in leaf structure based on paraffin sectioning observations of stomata and tissue thickness.
Identifying key metabolic pathways involved in drought response based on KEGG enrichment analysis of 55 differentially expressed genes.
Correlating oxidative stress indicators with drought intensity based on MDA and H2O2 measurements.
Investigating the role of photosynthesis-related genes in drought adaptation based on transcriptome sequencing results.
