Colorectal Cancer Patient Data on Malnutrition, Immunity, and Tumor Microbiota

A prospective pilot study of 43 colorectal cancer patients from a hospital in Milan between July 2017 and August 2021. The dataset includes biochemical, anthropometric, and nutritional profiles, along with intratumoral immune phenotypes and tumor-associated microbiota from a subset of 8 patients.
