A U.S. longitudinal study of 4,128 participants from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health (Add Health) examines links between adolescent substance use and adult cardiovascular disease risk. The dataset includes self-reported measures of binge drinking, marijuana use, and cigarette smoking from Wave I, analyzed against 30-year Framingham CVD risk scores from Wave IV. The analysis was conducted by Prince Nii Ossah Addo and shared on figshare in 2026.
