Immunopeptidomic analysis of HLA-I-presented peptides from human lung adenocarcinoma Calu-3 cells under two conditions: infection with Influenza A virus H3N2/Fukui and treatment with the MEK inhibitor zapnometinib. The dataset, shared by Hazem Hamza on figshare under CC-BY-4.0, reveals allotype-specific peptide abundance changes of 3–12% and significant modulation of 3–14% of ligands per condition. This work provides the first evidence of zapnometinib's impact on antigen presentation plasticity without substantially altering overall HLA-I surface expression.
