Spatial Transcriptomic Profiles of Gastric Cancer Tumor Microenvironment

19 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer provided pretreatment biopsies for digital spatial profiling. The dataset contains compartment-specific transcriptomic data from tumor center, immune cell infiltration, and stromal regions, generated using the NanoString GeoMx platform. Findings were validated in an independent cohort of 20 patients and integrated with TCGA-STAD data.
