Fungal community data from the root-endosphere and rhizosphere soil of the critically small population orchid Cypripedium subtropicum. The dataset was generated by Mei Hua using Illumina Novaseq high-throughput sequencing of 120 samples from 12 habitats across four regions in Yunnan Province. It was last updated on June 3, 2026.
