Patient-derived endometrial organoid and stromal cell cultures from four uterus transplantation cases provide a model to assess cellular origin. Short tandem repeat profiling on samples collected over up to 7 years shows donor-derived cellular composition persists post-transplantation and pregnancy. The 11.1 KB Excel file contains data supporting the conclusion that bone marrow–derived cells do not substantially contribute to endometrial regeneration.
