Wheat Salt-Responsive bHLH Transcription Factors and Target Genes

Five salt-responsive bHLH transcription factors and twelve predicted downstream target genes were identified in the Chinese Spring wheat genome. Expression profiling was performed on shoots and roots of the BARI Gom-25 cultivar exposed to 100 mM NaCl.
