425 older adults with chronic heart failure in China were assessed using the Chinese eHealth Literacy Scale and the Patient Experience with Treatment and Self-Management questionnaire. Latent profile analysis identified three distinct patient profiles: a 'Vulnerable' group (28.9%), a 'Capable' group (22.1%), and a 'Transitional' group (48.9%).
