Description
Protaetia brevitarsis, an agricultural pest, was studied to identify genes for odorant degrading enzymes (ODEs). The dataset lists 94 candidate genes from four enzyme families identified via antennal transcriptome sequencing, with 16 genes showing antennae-enriched expression. Author Yi Lu published the work on figshare under a CC-BY-4.0 license, with a last update in June 2026.
Use Cases
Prioritizing candidate genes for functional validation based on antennal expression profiles (FPKM >100).
