Yellow Lupin Flowering Time QTL Mapping Data from Greenhouse Trials

A recombinant inbred line population of yellow lupin (Lupinus luteus L.) was phenotyped for flowering time under long-day and short-day photoperiods across three spring seasons (2022-2024) and one winter season (2023/4).
