30 patients with Parkinson's disease were monitored for cognitive function, mood, and quality of life over a 2-year period following subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation (DBS). The dataset, authored by Szczepan Iwański and shared under CC-BY-4.0, contains results from assessments conducted before surgery, at 6 months, and at 24 months post-surgery. Analysis of the cohort showed no overall decline in cognitive function or mood, alongside significant motor improvement.
