Genomic Characterization of Klebsiella Pneumoniae from Egyptian Ready-to-Eat Foods

Eleven Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from Egyptian dairy and catfish products were characterized using whole-genome sequencing and antimicrobial susceptibility testing. The dataset includes genomic analyses such as MLST typing, detection of resistance and virulence genes, and a phylogenetic comparison with 77 clinical isolates from Egypt.
