Gut Microbiome and Metabolome Profiles of Hypertensive Patients from Two Chinese Cities

Daqing and Haikou, China, are the geographic focus of this dataset. It contains shotgun metagenomic and untargeted metabolomic data from fecal samples of 60 hypertensive patients, collected between May and December 2024. The data was generated by Shuyue Liu and published on figshare in 2026.
