Cross-sectional measurements from 60 older adults (20 with Parkinson's disease, 40 age-matched controls) aged 58–85 years. It compares isometric strength across eight lower-limb movements and tensiomyography-derived contractile properties for four muscles. The data was collected to analyze neuromuscular differences between Parkinson's disease and sarcopenia statuses.
