Linezolid Resistance in Poultry-Derived Enterococcus from Hungary

Phenotypic and genomic data for 218 multidrug-resistant Enterococcus spp. isolates from healthy broiler chicken and turkey farms across seven Hungarian regions. The dataset includes linezolid minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) ranging from 0.015 to 512 μg/mL and whole-genome sequencing results for a targeted subset of 73 isolates.
