195 adult patients with relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma were analyzed to compare survival outcomes between CAR-T therapy and chemotherapy-based treatments. The dataset, created by Rui Liu and last updated in June 2026, includes 75 patients (38%) with TP53 mutations and tracks objective response rates and median overall survival. Results indicate CAR-T therapy was associated with significantly improved outcomes for both TP53-mutated and wild-type patients compared to chemotherapy.
Dataset is very small (14.2 KB), indicating limited scope, likely containing summary statistics rather than patient-level records.
