Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacter Genomic Profiles from Northeast China

123 clinical isolates of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacter cloacae complex (CRECC) were analyzed using whole-genome sequencing. The data characterizes genotypes, resistance determinants, and transmission dynamics from Northeast China between July 2019 and March 2025. Enterobacter hormaechei was the predominant species, with ST171 and ST1120 as dominant clonal lineages.
