Description
A 9.5 KB Excel file presents results from a multi-omics study investigating low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1 (LRP1) as a diagnostic and immunomodulatory target in endometriosis. The data was generated by author Chengmao Xie, integrating three GEO datasets (GSE7305, GSE11691, GSE25628) and single-cell RNA sequencing analyses, and was last updated in April 2026. It includes findings on 1,404 differentially expressed genes, 30 hub genes identified by machine learning, and immune correlation statistics.
Use Cases
Training diagnostic classifiers based on the 30 identified hub genes.
Analyzing immune cell infiltration correlations, specifically between LRP1 and M2 macrophages.
Investigating cell-cell communication pathways, such as the MIF signaling pathway and CD74/CXCR4 interactions.
Validating causal relationships in disease progression using Mendelian randomization results.
Strengths
Integrates three established GEO datasets (GSE7305, GSE11691, GSE25628) for analysis.
Provides specific statistical results, including a correlation coefficient (r=0.62) and odds ratio (OR=1.35) for key findings.
Includes experimental validation at both mRNA and protein levels mentioned in the study.
Limitations
Row count and column-level documentation are absent; field semantics must be inferred after download.
The 9.5 KB file size suggests a limited scope, likely containing summary results rather than raw sequencing data.
