Description
SWATH proteomics identified 109 and 46 differentially expressed proteins in total and placenta-derived exosomes from plasma samples of 35 pregnant women, including 10 with moderate ICP, 10 with severe ICP, and 15 healthy controls. The dataset, authored by Yuxuan Jiang and last updated in April 2026, contains bioinformatics analysis results from a study investigating diagnostic markers for ICP.
Use Cases
Identify diagnostic protein markers for ICP severity based on differentially expressed proteins.
Investigate complement activation and coagulation pathways in ICP pathology based on bioinformatics findings.
Validate hub protein candidates like HRG, VWF, and PIGR using the proteomic profiles.
Study fetal stress response mechanisms linked to maternal bile acid elevation.
Analyze protein differences between total exosomes and placenta-derived exosomes.
Strengths
Proteomic profiles from 35 patient samples, including distinct severity groups.
109 and 46 differentially expressed proteins identified in two exosome types.
Hub proteins HRG, VWF, and PIGR were verified by Western blotting.
Limitations
Row count is unknown, which may limit suitability assessment.
Column-level documentation is absent; field semantics must be inferred after download.
The dataset is 143.2 KB, indicating a limited scope of data.
