Water level heights were measured every 5 minutes at five stations along a 70km stretch of the Tamar estuary in Tasmania for six months. The data includes barometric pressure, water temperature, and water level relative to the Australian Height Datum, capturing tidal amplification and asymmetry. A research project completed in 2018 by Karen Palmer used this data to calibrate a hydrodynamic model for simulating sea level rise and bathymetry change scenarios.
