TARA-PACIFIC: Coral Host and Symbiont Telomere Length Measurements

Telomere length measurements for coral host and symbiont organisms from the TARA-Pacific CS40 sampling expedition. The dataset includes 1,098 successful measurements for the host telomere sequence (TTAGGG)n and 882 for the symbiont sequence (TTTAGGG)n, with repeated measurements for 248 and 115 samples respectively.
