Terra: Spatial Data Analysis Methods for Vector and Raster Data

Methods for spatial data analysis with vector (points, lines, polygons) and raster (grid) data. The package includes geometric operations for vectors and local, focal, global, zonal, and geometric operations for rasters. It also supports regression-type models for spatial prediction, including with satellite remote sensing data, and can process very large files.
