Thailand - GLIDE Disaster Events: Unique Disaster Identifiers

GLIDE numbers provide a global unique identifier for disasters, enabling interoperability across multiple information sources. The Asian Disaster Reduction Center (ADRC) proposed this common ID to address the time-consuming task of accessing scattered disaster information. The dataset is actively used by institutions including UN-OCHA, UNDRR, IFRC, and the European Commission.
