Geoscience Australia derived raster sediment datasets for the continental Australian Exclusive Economic Zone using marine samples from multiple organizations. The study examines the effect of eight spatial reference systems, including WGS84 and GDA94 geographic systems and six map projections, on the predictive accuracy of inverse distance squared and ordinary kriging interpolation methods.
