165 cervical cancer patients were tracked for a median of 57 months to quantify the impact of a surgical team's learning curve on survival. The study identified a learning phase of 61 procedures, after which 5-year disease-free survival increased from 80.2% to 91.1%. This observational cohort study from a single tertiary referral center was conducted between 2007 and 2017.
