Rat and Hamster Liver Proteome with Global Profiling and Targeted CYP Quantification

A global proteomic profiling of rat and hamster liver S9 fractions under basal conditions and following induction with Aroclor 1254 or phenobarbital/β-naphthoflavone. More than 8500 proteins were quantified across conditions, with complementary targeted analysis enabling absolute quantification of 15 cytochrome P450 enzymes.
