Australian Continental Shelf Seabed Exposure to Oceanographic Processes, 1997-2005

An 8-year period of numerical model outputs from March 1997 to February 2005 was used to compute combined flow bed shear stress over the entire Australian continental shelf. Geoscience Australia Data produced this dataset to quantify seabed exposure to waves, tides, and currents using three regionalisation methods. The outputs are intended to support marine habitat classification and planning.
