Rat Lung Proteomic and N-Glycoproteomic Data for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

7,048 proteins and 1,918 N-glycosylation sites were identified in lung tissue from a rat model of pulmonary arterial hypertension. The dataset, created by Guili Lian and last updated in June 2026, includes 1,302 differentially expressed proteins and 320 dysregulated glycosylation sites. It provides the first system-wide view of N-glycosylation's role in this disease.
