PTBP: Pediatric Brain Perfusion and Multimodal MRI in 100+ Children

The Pediatric Template of Brain Perfusion (PTBP) is a free public neuroimaging resource of over 100 children aged 7–17. It uses MRI to quantify brain cortex, white matter, functional connectivity, and perfusion, capturing trajectories of normal brain maturation. This dataset was created by Brian Avants and supported by an NIMH grant, with the associated article currently in press.
