TIGER and Islander Database of 1.7 Million Prokaryotic Genomic Islands

1,758,690 genomic island assignments from 458,681 prokaryotic genomes sourced from GenBank. Ellis Torrance created this resource by applying the TIGER 2.0 and Islander 1.0 prediction algorithms, with the dataset last updated in April 2026.
