Aggregated traffic data from Infra-Red Traffic Logger (TIRTL) devices across the Victorian road network. The dataset counts, classifies, and measures vehicle speed, aggregated into 15-minute time bins by Austroads vehicle class, speed bin, site, and heading. It is provided by the Department of Transport and Planning under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
