Toronto COVID-19 Cases: Demographic, Geographic, and Severity Information

Toronto Public Health data contains demographic, geographic, and severity information for all confirmed and probable COVID-19 cases reported since January 2020. Records are extracted from the provincial iPHIS system and Toronto's CORES case management system and combined for reporting. The data is subject to change as public health investigations and quality improvement initiatives are ongoing.
