Bacteria Counts from a Permeable Reactive Barrier in Antarctica, 2007

In January and February 2007, material was sampled from 40 sites within a permeable reactive barrier at Casey Station, Antarctica, to measure bacterial populations. The dataset contains most-probable-number counts of total heterotrophic bacteria and Special Antarctic diesel-degrading bacteria per gram of wet barrier material. This work was completed as part of ASAC projects 1163 and 2672 by the organization AU_AADC.
