The western Pacific region during March-April 2001 is the focus of this dataset from NASA's Transport and Chemical Evolution over the Pacific (TRACE-P) campaign. It combines Differential Absorption Lidar (DIAL) remote sensing and in-situ instrument data from the DC-8 aircraft to measure trace gases, aerosols, ozone, and meteorological parameters. The dataset is part of the NASA Global Tropospheric Experiment (GTE) and represents a completed, multi-instrument atmospheric survey.
License is listed as 'other-license-specified' on Data.gov but not defined; users must verify terms. The dataset is one component of a larger suite of TRACE-P data products (e.g., from P-3B, model, ground sites).
