RR-7 Mission: Mouse Dorsal Skin Transcriptional Analysis from Spaceflight

Transcriptional data from dorsal skin samples of 80 mice flown on the Rodent Research-7 mission to the International Space Station. The dataset includes samples from two mouse strains (C57BL/6J and C3H/HeJ) across flight and three ground control groups, collected at 25-day and 75-day intervals.
