RR-23 Mission: Mouse Liver Transcriptional Profiling After 38 Days in Space

January 2021 data from 57 liver samples (9 Flight, 8 Habitat Ground Control, 20 Vivarium Ground Control) collected from C57BL/6J mice after a 38-day mission on the International Space Station. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration generated this dataset by extracting RNA from flash-frozen livers and sequencing libraries to a target of 60 million clusters per sample. Samples were collected on January 14th, 17th, and 20th of 2021, following the mice's return to Earth on January 13th.
