NASA's RR-23 mission dataset contains transcriptional profiling data from the lungs of mice exposed to microgravity on the International Space Station for 38 days. The data includes RNA sequencing results from 8 Flight, 9 Vivarium Ground Control, and 6 Habitat Ground Control mouse samples collected in January 2021. Libraries were sequenced with a target of 60 million clusters per sample using 150 base pair paired-end reads.
