Two years after the COVID-19 pandemic onset, this epidemiological study analyzes vaccination coverage and dropout rates for ten immunobiologicals recommended for children under two in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The author, Thales Philipe Rodrigues da Silva, classified the 853 municipalities into five transmission risk categories. The analysis found that 80.9% of municipalities were classified as high transmission risk for vaccine-preventable diseases.
