Trypanosoma brucei Predicted Protein Structures via AlphaFold2

AlphaFold2-predicted protein structures for the Trypanosoma brucei (TREU927) proteome, optimized for the Discoba lineage. The dataset is split into two parts, with this being part 1. Data are organized by gene ID and include JSON files with metadata and predictions, PDB structure files, and visual plots of pLDDT and pAE scores.
