UK Biobank GWAS Summary Statistics for BMI, HbA1c, and TG/HDL Ratio

418,000 participants from the UK Biobank were used to generate genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for three continuous cardiometabolic hallmarks: body mass index, glycated hemoglobin, and the triglyceride-to-HDL-cholesterol ratio. The data was produced by Sivateja Tangirala using REGENIE v4.1.2 and last updated in April 2026. It is intended for split-sample Mendelian randomization analysis within the Metabolic Atlas of Progression to Diabetes (MAP-D) project.

Use Cases
